Chelsea Clinton campaigns for mom at Puerto Rico university

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico -- Students at Sacred Heart University took snapshots and sought autographs from Chelsea Clinton on Wednesday as Hillary Clinton's daughter pitched her as the Democratic candidate to support in Puerto Rico's June 1 primary.

"What she says she'll fight for, she'll fight for," Chelsea Clinton said.

Taking about a dozen questions, she ticked through the New York senator's positions on health care and immigration and cited her mother's political tenacity.

New York is home to about 1 million Puerto Ricans, and analysts say that could help Hillary Clinton's chances against rival Barack Obama on the island, which will send 63 voting delegates to the Democratic National Convention.
