Senator Clinton Gets a Workout in Philly
Senator Hillary Clinton got into the workout groove when she stopped by a YMCA aerobics class in Philadelphia Friday morning.
About 20 ladies were line dancing, getting their workout, when in walked the Democratic presidential candidate. Clinton waved her hands back and forth in the air and bounced her head from side to side to the music.
She shifted from side to side but declined an offer to join in on the class as they exercised in coordinated moves.
When the New York senator was asked later about the dancing, she replied, "Ill tell you what that was a better work out than it might have appeared at first. I think we need to put that music on the plane."
Clinton then suggested her campaign should do some of the moves she picked up in the class - in flight.
"Instead of throwing the tennis balls and the oranges we need to be going back and forth." Clinton said.
Senator Clinton has said in the past that she enjoys walking to get a work out. She moves at a pretty quick pace when she walks, leaving reporters who try to keep up with her moving at a light jog at times.
Perhaps Clinton will add this new dance routine to her work out plan.
